These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website arpcdirect.co.za ("the Website") and any purchase made through it, operated by ARPC Direct (Auto Replacement Parts Centre Direct), a division of ARPC, with branches in Centurion and Bloemfontein, South Africa ("ARPC Direct", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing the Website, browsing our catalogue, submitting an enquiry, applying for a trade/partner account, or placing an order, you ("you", "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Returns Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA"), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA"), and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"), to the extent applicable.

The actual part supplied may differ from the image shown — including in respect of brand, exact fitment variant, packaging, condition or finish — particularly for generic, aftermarket or compatible-fit parts. Images do not form part of the contractual description of the goods unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing.
Many images used on this Website are sourced from, or belong to, third parties, including original equipment manufacturers, brand owners, suppliers and stock image providers, and remain the intellectual property of those respective owners. An order placed through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, where a part is out of stock, mispriced, or cannot be sourced). A contract of sale is only formed once we confirm acceptance of your order.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the vehicle and part information you provide, including where you use our Make/Model/Year search, VIN decode search, or free-text "describe the part" search to identify a part. These tools are provided to assist your search and do not replace your own verification of fitment before ordering, particularly for parts that vary by derivative, engine or production date.
All prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Payments are processed securely via PayFast, a registered South African payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Trade/Partner account holders receive pricing at the agreed partner markup, verified and applied automatically at checkout based on your logged-in account.
We arrange delivery via third-party courier partners. Delivery times and rates provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, stock availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns of incorrectly supplied parts, and your statutory rights regarding defective or unsafe goods under the CPA, are dealt with in our separate Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any right you have under the CPA that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your rights in respect of defective, unsafe or substandard goods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARPC Direct's liability for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or a purchase made through it is excluded. Nothing in this clause limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the CPA or other applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from technical faults, downtime, or unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.
Access to the Partner Trade Shop is subject to approval and is intended solely for registered panel beaters, repair shops, and motor dealerships who have applied and been approved. Partner pricing, login credentials and account access are for the use of the approved business only and may not be shared or resold.
The Website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and underlying code (excluding third-party product images referenced in clause 3), is the property of ARPC Direct or its licensors and is protected by South African copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written permission.
You may not use the Website to: (a) scrape, crawl, or extract data using automated tools without our written consent; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our service providers; (c) upload or transmit harmful code; or (d) use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to any right you may have to refer a consumer dispute to the National Consumer Commission or another applicable forum under the CPA.
